Clients who subscribe to our Real-Time Intelligence (RTI) Jobs Posting Data module will notice the addition of a powerful new automation tool within the JobsEQ platform. We can now get real-time updates about the hiring landscape in a target region – delivered directly to our email. This new feature is a great benefit to those who devote a lot of effort to tracking growing employers in local and peer regions to look for current and future labor trends.

RTI Alerts can be created and activated in two different ways – by converting a standard RTI query into an RTI Alert, or by creating one from scratch.

Let’s look at the summary result emails from two implementation examples!

In our first example we want to track the top hiring employers for any occupation in the Dallas area, and where these jobs are located within the MSA. We set our region to be Dallas, but we do not add any limiting filters because we want to get updates on the entire hiring landscape for the area.  For brevity, we enable only the Jobs Posts, Occupation, Employers and Locations sections. We leave the delivery option as default: daily email analysis of new job posts.

Our second example is to track something more specific. We’re going to automate the job post tracking of mechanical engineers at 21 target companies that are part of our hypothetical outreach program, across whole state of Florida. Our region is set to Florida, and our selected occupation and target companies are enabled as filters. We will await daily updates, if available, and track both New and Closed jobs postings. The example at right indicates that one of our tracked companies has new job postings for our selected occupation, and an email was generated and delivered.
