DEI in the Workforce: Do your hiring practices reflect your region?

In this webinar, our CEO and Chief Economist, Dr. Chris Chmura will provide her usual update on the national economy and the inflation we are experiencing.
 
Then, Managing Director of Consulting, Dr. Bryan Shelly will walk you through Chmura’s recent Diversity and Inclusion in High-Paying Jobs report. This report analyzed the racial, ethnic, and gender makeup of the elite workforce in the 100 largest metropolitan statistical areas and created an ‘inclusion ratio’ that compares various demographics with the share of all jobs occupied. He will look at key regions found in the studies and provide some recommendations for improvement.
